Husk Utilization → Coco Peat & Coir Fibre

The husk is transformed into high-quality coco peat and coir fibre, ideal for horticulture, hydroponics, geotextiles, and sustainable growing solutions.

The outer husk is removed using efficient mechanical processes while preserving the integrity of the nut.

Shell Processing → Coconut Shell Charcoal
Coconut Meat → Copra Production

The hard shell is converted into premium charcoal through controlled carbonization, widely used for energy, activated carbon, and industrial applications.

The nutrient-rich coconut water is naturally fermented to produce pure coconut vinegar with clean-label and food-grade applications.

The white kernel is carefully dried into copra under controlled conditions to retain oil quality and nutritional value.

Coconut Water → Natural Coconut Vinegar
Copra → Coconut Oil Extraction

Using advanced expeller-based extraction, we produce high-quality coconut oil while maintaining purity, aroma, and natural goodness.

The residual coconut oil cake is repurposed as a nutrient-rich product for agriculture and animal feed, ensuring nothing goes to waste.

Sustainable Energy Integration

Our operations are partially powered by solar energy, reducing our carbon footprint and reinforcing our commitment to a circular, eco-conscious manufacturing model.
